One gummy is too weak and has little effect on me. Doubling is better. No side effect is noted. Recommended

I have been hard to sleep for half a year. I tried similar products it works but when I wake up I feel dizzy n exhausted. However, this product works great without any side effects for me. Now I take it everyday before bed and become productive at daytime
